Twee belangrijk zaken uit de Algemene Voorwaarden:

(1) Volgens de wet geldt , dat consumenten (geen zakelijk gebruik) een artikel binnen 8 werkdagen kan retourneren. Hier zitten geen extra kosten aan vast, mits het artikel als nieuw verkocht kan worden door ComputerPirates. Dit geldt niet voor specifiek voor u bestelde artikelen, zoals zelf samengestelde artikelen en projectieschermen.

Op het moment dat o.a. verpakking geopend is, verpakking niet netjes en/of niet aanwezig is, bepaalde zaken missen, het artikel beschadigd is, software is geinstalleerd (zonder te kunnen terugkeren naar de originele staat), dan zal ComputerPirates bepalen of zij het artikel nog terug kunnen nemen en zo ja, wat de kosten hiervan bedragen.

(2) Elke fabrikant/merk geeft garantie op de door u bij ons gekochte producten, echter deze garantie zal voor foute/dode pixels op een beeldscherm en batterij wel eens verschillen per fabrikant/merk; meestal geeft deze vanaf een aantal foute/dode pixels op een beeldscherm pas garantie; voor 10% van de aankoopprijs kunt u garantie op een foutloos beeldscherm via ons kopen; dit geldt alleen de eerste 8 dagen. Op batterijen zit meestal 3 maanden garantie.
